About Me
I earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University in 2009. I then worked at the St. Louis VA Medical Center from 2009-2021 in the PTSD Clinic with a specialty in assessment and treatment of veterans with PTSD and Substance use.

I have received comprehensive training in several evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I began part-time private practice in 2018 for continued personal and professional growth and to extend my specialty training to the broader community. I have recently shifted to a full-time practice for increased balance in work and family life.

In addition to therapy services, I also have enjoyed serving as a guest instructor for Washington University. I have provided continuing education workshops as well as taught in the Post Master's Certificate Program in the Brown School of Social Work.
